Dogs:
You are welcome to bring your dog upon prior request. Not every apartment is suitable for your pet. We also have to charge an additional final cleaning fee of 50 euros.

- Important info:
- To the overnight stay price 2,40 Euro local tax per person and day is added (from 14 years). It will be paid on the spot.
- For organizational reasons we ask you to make the payment in cash, the day before departure.
Cancellation policy:
We accept booking cancellations only up to 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date. In all other cases we charge the empty bed fee according to Italian guest accommodation law, the same applies in case of earlier departure.
Therefore, in your and our interest, we recommend that you take out the European Travel Cancellation Insurance before the start of your vacation. We recommend the cancellation protection of: EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE
Otherwise the cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB apply:
- In case of cancellation on the part of the guest or the orderer in the period between the 4 weeks before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival day at the latest: 40% of the agreed total price;
- Cancellation until 8 days before the arrival day at the latest: 60 % of the agreed total price;
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price;
- Cancellation must be made by unilateral written statement and must be in the hands of the landlord at the latest within the above mentioned periods (4 weeks, 15 or 8 days) before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).
- In case of non-acceptance of the booked rooms for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest or the orderer is obliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
- Regulation in case of early departure of the guest:
- In case of early departure of the guest(s), the guest(s) or the orderer is/are obliged to pay the price for the enjoyed days and to pay 70% of the agreed price for the agreed remaining but not used services.
