The apartment house Villa 61 was renovated to CO2 neutrality in 2023. In it are located on the
1. floor the two apartments Hafling and Ifinger. The apartments and their balconies have the view into the garden and beyond the mountain landscape from the Ifinger to the Etschtal.
An additional balcony with view towards Vinschgau is also available.
The apartment house Villa 62 convinces with its beautiful bedrooms and the fantastic view over Merano into the Adige Valley. The two apartments Vinschgau and Etschtal are located on the 1st floor. The apartments and their balconies have a view into the garden and beyond into the southern mountain landscape.
