Our houses are located a little bit off the road, quiet and idyllic, surrounded by greenery. They also border the spacious "Burglehen" nature park and offera wonderful view over the Merano valley basin.
In ourwell-kept pool area, with sun loungers, a sun terrace and a cosy seating lounge by the koi pond, you can relaxin the midst of nature.
From your panoramic sun balcony you will enjoy a unique view of the mountains surrounding Merano, down into the Adige Valley and up into the Vinschgau Valley.
However, the village center is not far away: you can get there by foot in 7 minutes. The guest bus stops nearby and takes you to stores, restaurants, public facilities, the chairlift to Merano, the cable car to the Hochmut or to the starting points for many hiking trails.
The bus stop for Merano is also nearby, and you can reach the historic city center in 30 minutes by foot on a lovely walking path.
